Positive Affirmations For All
A positive affirmation is a pratice of positive thinking and self empowerment. This daily practice helps you quickly form a positive mindset as well as a positive attitude. There are different ways to practice positive affirmations. I will share some very effective ways here:
Mirror Talk or Mirror Work is when you look yourself in the mirror and say outloud your affirmation. You do this for a few minutes a day and for as long as you wish.
Write down on paper your affirmations in the morning at least five times.
Read your affirmations three times in the morning when you wake up and again before falling asleep at night.
Record your affirmations on audio on your cell phone and listen to your positive affirmations as many times as you need to. While you walk, while you cook, while you drive, etc..
Affirmations are great for all ages and anyone! It is up to you to decide if you want to better your results and have a better attitude toward yourself and others. Get clear on what you want and need to improve in your life, write it down, and claim it. Believe it. And if you do not, then this is where the power of affirmations and autosuggestion comes into play. Repetition is key. Be consistent with it and you will see results.
